We have completed the structural steelwork, pre-cast concrete stairs and structural metal floor decking for the first Block of the Pavilions, a major new residential development in the centre of Lincoln.

We have also recently been awarded the contract for a further 4 Blocks which will be completed during the course of 2005.

On completion this project will provide accommodation for over 1000 students of Lincoln University.

The development comprises of 148 apartments each with either four or six study bedrooms with en-suite shower, together with a shared dining, living room and fully fitted kitchen.
