We have completed the structural steelwork, pre-cast concrete stairs and structural metal floor decking for the Junxion, a major new residential development on St Mark Street in the centre of Lincoln and close to Brayford Wharf.

On completion (Autumn 2004) this nine storey building will provide accommodation for 569 students of Lincoln University.

The development comprises of 100 flats each with either four or six study bedrooms with en-suite shower, together with a shared dining room and fully fitted kitchen. There will be a reception area, management suite, student common room and laundrette together with a landscaped courtyard at first floor level.

In addition there will be 1900 sq mtrs of retail space at ground level.
